2014 Christmas Party
Ready to celebrate this holiday season? We would like to invite you to our annual Christmas Party on Saturday 13 December at the community centre on Talma Road.
Effra residents are organizing the afternoon and we will have plenty of stalls and taster activities organised by a variety of local community groups to celebrate the achievements of the Coldharbour Community Projects and support the Coldharbour Community First Panel.
Workshops include balloon sculpture, willowstar making, the chance to make your own perfume and jewelry, and craft stalls as well as delicious Christmas goodies.
So, if you’re curious to see what young people get up to in the computer coding club, Coder Dojo, keen to see Brixton Youth Theatre in action, or want to be creative, then come on down to the centre from 2pm to mingle, view and even join in!
In the evening, bring some food to share and booze to drink (soft drinks and free mulled wine will also be available). Get those jazz hands and hips swinging to the live band and treat yourself to something fun in the auction.
